This section is designed as a resource for Service Providers and Health Professionals involved in the care of someone with MND. Some of this information is specific for Victoria only.

The purpose of the Top Up Funding is to assist in the delivery of palliative care services for people living with MND. This funding can only be accessed by palliative care service providers. There are two categories available:

• Inpatient Palliative Care: for core services
• Community Palliative Care: for non core, quality of life services
